Goblin Slayer’s party request from the Sword Maiden was to explore the sewers of Watertown and investigate the mysterious murders that are popping up all over Watertown. Within the sewers, they encounter Goblins using boats with the sewers and a giant alligator monster. It is alluded that the goblins are being led by another greater enemy
Goblin Slayer Episode 7 Review
After reconvening near the entrance of the sewers, the party delves back into the sewers. Unfortunately, they are lured into a room and trapped within with poisonous gas. With Goblin Slayer’s quick wit, the party survives the ambush but now has to face a small horde of goblins led by a goblin champion, A desperate fight ensues, with the priestess making significant sacrifices. This encounter emphasizes the ever-present threat of goblins, even for seasoned adventurers.
Goblin Slayer Episode 8 Review
In a flashback, a young boy is mentally tormented by a sinister figure, reminiscent of a goblin, recalling the harrowing demise of his sister by goblins. This memory sharply contrasts with Goblin Slayer’s vulnerable present, waking beside the Priestess after a resurrection ritual explained by Sword Maiden, who confides about her traumatic history with goblins.
