The TV anime “Opus.COLORs” is scheduled to be broadcast in the spring of 2023. A key visual has also been released. 18 cast members including Yuma Uchida, Ryota Osaka, and Natsuki Hanae were also announced.
About the production
“Opus.COLORs” is a completely new original TV animation by the “Star-Myu” production team. In the key visual that had just been released, we can see 15 of the main characters such as Yamanashi Kazuya and Takise, Kyou. Played by Uchida Yuma and Oosaka Ryota. Hanae Natsuki will play the role of Jun Tsuzuki. The cast also includes Toshiyuki Toyonaga, Yuichiro Umehara, Nobunaga Shimazaki, Taku Yashiro, Furukawa Makoto ,Nakajima Yoshiki, Suzuki Ryota, Nakamura Shuugo, Yamashita Daiki, Okamoto Nobuhiko, Konishi Katsuyuki, Daisuke Ono, Jun Fukuyama, Nazuka Kaori, Kosuke Toriumi, and others are on the list.
The TV anime “Opus.COLORs” will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and others from the spring of 2023. It will be directed by Tada Shunsuke and animated by C-Station Studios. The soundtrack again, will be in charge of Arai Ken. The characters will be designed by Watanabe Asami (Starmyu).
The story is set in a world where the existence of immersive digital paintings is known as “Perception Art”. People’s lives are colored by immersive digital paintings and this perception art directly affects the senses of the viewer. Kazuya Yamanashi’s parents were famous artists. They created the perception art 10 years ago. He dreams of following in his parent’s steps and just enrolled in the prestigious art Academy Eisen High School together with his childhood friends Jun Tsuzuki and Kyo Takise. Kyo Takise’s father is also the creator of “Perception Art” and is a well-known “grader”. He has been avoiding his friend for a long time due to an incident that happened in the past. It is A coming-of-age “art” story centered on the relationship between an “artist” and a “grader”.
High School Star Musical or Starmyu is an original anime produced by C-Station and NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan and directed by Shunsuke Tada. It was broadcasted from 5 October 2015 until 16 September 2019 by Tokyo MX, BS11, KBS, SUN, and AT-X. It was divided into 3 seasons of 12 episodes each and it also got an Original Video Adaptation (OVA) in 2016 consisting of 2 episodes and a Halloween special in 2018. The character design was made by Watanabe Asami, and the music was composed by Ken Arai (Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu). In North America, the series is distributed by Funimation. It tells the story of Hoshitani Yuuta, played by Hanae Natsuki, who entered the Ayanagi Academy, well-known for producing exceptional musical talent, inspired by a mysterious student. To get into the elite music program, Yuuta and his team (Toru Nayuki, Kaito Tsukigami, Kakeru Tengenji, and Shu Kuga) will be directed by Itsuki Ootori. The top students, the Kao Council will keep an eye on them and their eccentric coach. Together they will face many challenges to make their dream of being part of the music industry come true.
