Mother’s Day
Mahiru is curious about what Amane will do on Mother’s Day and since he doesn’t live near her, he is going to send her a gift and some flowers. Mahiru wonders what he would do if they lived close to each other, if Amane would, for example, do housework for his mother – to which he replies that he would only make things worse. The air gets tense when she asks how his parents let him live by himself if he can’t do housework and what made him decide to move out on his own, but soon the tension dissipates when Amane explains that he just doesn’t want to be in his hometown because of some people that he doesn’t want to see, while he strokes her head.
Distrust
When Amane was younger, he was a happy child. He felt loved by his parents and his family took care of him. He was also naive and easy to manipulate and take advantage of. Once, he overheard the boys he thought of as friends talking badly about him behind his back, and that’s when things changed for him. Leaving his hometown and those people behind was like starting a new life for Amane.
Mahiru and Amane have a very sweet friendship where they can rely on each other, and tell each other the troubles they have gone through knowing that they will have each other’s support, with sweet words and even sweeter hugs.
Someone Very Special To Me
Amane feels like he has to workout and work harder to feel like he is worthy of standing next to Mahiru, a silly thought because she is clearly in love with him and he either doesn’t see it or doesn’t want to see it.
Girls in school approach Mahiru to question her what’s her relationship with Amane, to which she at first replies that they are just friends but ends up confessing that they went on a date and that he is someone very special to her, making all her classmates who were overhearing the conversation were shocked at it.
The Dream
After talking about the conversation that went on in the classroom, Mahiru asks Amane to rub her head because she likes to be touched by him. This led to Amane dreaming about being in bed with Mahiru on top of him, asking him to touch her more. Needless to say that he had to wash his pyjama in the morning. Amane ends up telling Mahiru about his dream, making her curious about what she did in it to “use it as a reference for the future”.
The Wish
Amane is studying for his midterms, and Mahiru tells him that if he gets in the top 10, she will grant him any wish he has. I think we all know what Amane is thinking after his dream with her, but he ends up only asking her to let him lie on her thighs again.
Spoil You Rotten
After studying with Chitose, Itsuki and Yuuta, Mahiru prepares a coffee for Amane. She enjoys taking care of him and will keep spoiling him rotten.
What were your thoughts on this episode? It seems that Amane and Mahiru are closer than ever and they are finally starting to accept their feelings for each other, don’t you think?
The scene where Amane is dreaming with her is really funny, but Mahiru also looks incredibly stunning in his dream, so we can’t even blame him!
