Seiichi became the teacher of the F class at Barbador Magic Academy. This class consists of 4 one-of-a-kind students: Agnos, Beird, Helen, and Brood. In order to check out their abilities, Seiichi organized a session of mock battle. The first one was Helen who felt hostile toward Seiichi. What does fate hold for Seiichi?
The truth behind the special F class

Seiichi says he won’t use magic during the battle making Helen feel offended. The combat between Seiichi and Helen is fierce, however, Seiichi is the winner. After that, Agnos, Beird, and Brood immediately attack Seiichi but are eventually defeated. The 4 students fail and cry, but not because they lost the battle. The reason they cry is that THEY CAN’T USE MAGIC. The F-class students can’t use magic, so they are called “the laggards” by other classes.

Seiichi uses the “World Eye” skill and observes that 4 students are bound by magical chains that limit their ability to use magic. He decides to help them and uses his special skill to unlock the chains. Finally, the 4 students are now able to use simple magic like fire, rock, and water magic. They laugh out loud happily till they cry and admire Seiichi so much.
The encounter between Seiichi and Kannazuki

Kannazuki, a sempai of Seiichi in their world, smells the familiar scent on Altria and Lulune. At the academy canteen, when Seiichi and his friends are having lunch, Kannazuki encounters Seiichi and immediately runs to hug him in front of Saria, Altria, Lulune, Origa, and Beatrice-sensei.
The attack has just begun

Anglia and Demiolos finally arrived at the Barbador Magic Academy. However, the Academy is covered by a magic spell that prevents strangers from entering the Academy. Anglia easily manipulates the 2 guards and orders them to open the Academy gate.
Opinion

It is really painful that the F-class students are unable to use magic, but thanks to Seiichi’s help, they can finally use simple magic and are on their way to practicing to become more powerful. Moreover, after the entire season 1 plus 3 episodes of season 2, Kannazuki eventually meets Seiichi, which is a bit hilarious in my opinion. It’s quite disappointing that the episode is a bit lengthy and has no serious battle because Anglia and Demiolos have just arrived at the Academy.
