After the Bennet Church was attacked and Fushi lost some of his identities, The Beholder taught him how to extend his presence to everything he created. Planning to use this new skill against the Nokkers, Fushi’s new goal is to replicate a whole ship and prepare for the next Nokker attack, one year after.
Let’s create a ship
And there he is, full sailor mode creating the parts of the boat. Fushi asks The Beholder about the situation and what for, Nokkers keep attacking people but Kahaku and the guardians are doing a good job. Fushi is trying to keep up with everyone’s hard work.
Bon talks with the princess of Renril instead of Fushi who can’t go to Renrill because he’s not friends with the church. He intends to evacuate Renril and put the Uralis army in its territory and which head of state would allow that. Of course, the princess refuses.
Trip to the city
Back in the boat. Horsey is hungry but not pear hungry. So Fushi-Joan and Horsey find a city to buy and copy some essentials. After some cathartic shopping, he finds starving people and tries to give them food but is rejected by class inequality. Funny because he’s actually poor, he can just create coins.
Fushi reaches a circus where he feels pain coming from somewhere, when he follows it, he finds two starving kids being displayed as some kind of attraction. He attempts to buy the children but is no deal. Bon has his own battle in the castle of Renril where he was able to make a good deal, promising to fight together with the people of Renril against the nokkers.
Fushi melts the iron of the cage where the children were kept captive and set them free. But the boy is too weak and passes away before they can give them treatment. The girl is saved and Fushi takes her to the ship. She is happy to receive a meal but they can’t communicate. Fushi can still turn into Rynn’s puppy which I now demand to see more often.
Fushi names his new little sister as “Eko”. He makes her a dress and have a nice bath, gives her a makeover and she turns into an adorable young girl. After taking the form of Eko’s brother, Fushi can finally communicate with Eko through the clay pot.
When he gets back to work he uses these past experiences he learned in the city and thanks to Eko to become one with the ship covering it with branches to extend his presence through it. He starts to feel everything that happens inside the ship and control it. Very creepy Serial Experiments Lain feels but what do I know.
Bon and Kahaku are back
Bon and Kahaku decide to pay Fushi a visit and they can’t believe their eyes when what used to be a beach and a boat just some time ago is now the Amazonas. Fushi can even now teleport making a new body and transferring his consciousness. He’s disturbingly pleased. At some point a nokker touched one of his branches 3 kilometers into the Fushi forest and killed him somewhere between his branches.
Oh yeah he did adopt a child I guess and she is lovely. I don’t know what Kahaku is imagining but given his lineage… there are some good people in the world that respects children Kahaku dear.
Kahaku recognizes the clay pot people and their tribe was destroyed by the Nokkers, so Eko has really nowhere to go. And so the party reunites with Eko too. Bon will try to find immortals, you know as you do and Kahaku Fushi and Eko have the mission to go to Renril incognito.
