There haven’t been all that many pink-haired anime girls this year, but let’s take a look at the few that we have seen.
5) Remi Ayasaki (Horimiya)

Since Remi doesn’t have a specific role in the Student Council, she is often referred to as the “mascot”. Remi is often seen wearing her signature twin-tails. She comes off as a little dense and empty-headed, but that only adds to her endearing charm – Remi has reddish-pink hair.
4) Ouka Makuzawa (The Cafe Terrace And Its Goddesses)

Ouka is the tsundere of the harem series “The Cafe Terrace And Its Goddesses”. Okay, technically her hair is magenta, but magenta itself is a dark shade of pink as well as a shade of purple. Ouka has a fiery temper and snaps at protagonist Hayato very easily. Much like many tsunderes though, she has a sensitive side hidden deep inside. Her nickname is the “Mad Dog” although she hates it.
3) Nino Nakano (The Quintessential Quintuplets)

The special episodes of The Quintessential Quintuplets aired this year which meant Nino along with the other quints returned to screens. Like Ouka, Nino is a tsundere. She drugged protagonist Futaro twice at the start of the series and showed him massive amounts of animosity whenever they crossed paths. Futaro didn’t give up though, he was determined to tutor Nino as well as the other quints. Nino came to her senses in the second season when she realised that she actually has feelings for him.
2) Sumi Sakurasawa (Rent-a-Girlfriend)

Sumi has reddish-pink hair that even looks light brown in some parts of the series. Sumi is shy, reserved, and has difficulty speaking to people because of this. In the first season, she would express her thoughts to Kazuya by writing them on her phone and then showing her phone to him.
1) Mitsuri Kanroji (Demon Slayer)

Mitsuri from Demon Slayer tops the list. She is a powerful, capable fighter as well as a stunning beauty. She has a green tint at the tips of her hair, which in season two was revealed to be because she ate too much dango as a child – her original hair color was black. Mitsuri joined the Demon Slayer Corps and became a Hashira to find a strong partner who she could marry.
Conclusion
All in all, there haven’t been that many anime girls with truly bright pink hair this year. There’s still a few months to go though, so there’s still hope for some more pink-haired anime girls. Let us know who we missed in the comments!
