Power is the Blood Devil, who possessed the corpse of a young lady. The main adjectives one would use to describe her aren’t the most flattering: she is rude, childish, selfish, and unhygienic.
So, she is quite different from the usual best girls I see in anime. But still, amidst all the hardcore content in Chainsaw Man, her energy and charisma made her an absolute darling!
As a Devil, she feels superior to humans and likes to imagine different ways to make people suffer — even though she resorted to a human corpse to survive. She also thinks humans are too sensitive regarding good manners and being clean.
But the thing is, once you win her heart, she becomes a highly loyal friend who truly cares and protects the closest ones.
3. Rem – Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- (2016)
I could say that Rem is precisely the opposite of Power! Rem is a sweet and delicate oni whom many fans consider the image of the perfect wife. Her big blue eyes are full of gentleness, and her soft voice is adorable.
However, Rem isn’t just any demon girl; she is also a very diligent maid, and part of her popularity among anime fans is due to her outfit’s appeal.
But Rem isn’t a bland female character or a damsel in distress, either. Her personality shifts once her oni powers manifest. This demon girl’s sweetness changes into wildness as she absorbs mana around her, increasing strength and viciousness.
2. Rias Gremory – High School DxD (2012)

Finding someone who doesn’t like this cute little demon is nearly impossible. Her body transforms, so it’s hard to describe. She can become as small as a cute chibi, a small child, or a full-fledged young woman. But regardless of how she looks, Nezuko is truly beautiful.
She was initially a human before transforming into a demon, which affected her memories and personality. At first, she was bloodthirsty, just like other demons. But she overcame the urges in time and retained her friendliness towards humans.
Nezuko’s transformation is also responsible for her child-like behavior that makes us feel like protecting her at all costs.
